Enterprise Readiness
Enterprise Readiness is the workspace foundation for assembling launch, buyer, and audit readiness evidence across implemented Novantra owners.
Use it when you need to show that requirements are mapped to source-owned evidence without copying protected document text, provider payloads, credentials, storage details, vectors, prompts, raw scanner findings, or internal implementation details into a readiness pack.
What Enterprise Readiness Owns
- Readiness profiles for enterprise launch, acceptance, UAT, AI governance, integration, security, deployment, and handover scopes.
- Readiness requirements that describe the evidence needed for a profile.
- Evidence maps that point requirements to sanitized source-owned evidence references.
- Readiness packs that summarize source references and capability states for review.
Enterprise Readiness is an assembly layer. It does not replace AI quality evidence, source graph evidence, connector health, SIEM export posture, deployment evidence, audit packages, compliance posture, work management, DMS, content extraction, AI context, or retrieval.
Readiness packs are generated from the Enterprise Readiness profile, requirements, and evidence maps already recorded in the workspace. The generated pack stores source-owner refs, statuses, capability states, dates, source descriptor refs, and aggregate counts. Optional operator JSON submitted during pack generation is validated for unsafe keys and recorded only as supplement key names; its values are not copied into the generated pack as evidence.
User Journey
- Open Governance > Enterprise Readiness.
- Create a readiness profile for the scope being reviewed.
- Review source-owner descriptors to understand which Novantra module owns each evidence type.
- Record acceptance, UAT, support, security, deployment, AI-quality, source-grounding, integration, or audit-export requirements.
- Map each requirement to source-owned evidence references.
- Generate a readiness pack when the mapped evidence is ready for buyer, audit, or launch review.
Source Owners
Enterprise Readiness consumes source-owner posture instead of creating local truth:
- Risk Acceptance owns appetite, tolerance, authority, decision, expiry, renewal, revoke, and supersession evidence.
- Change, Incident, Vulnerability, Secure Development, and Party Engagements own workflow transition truth and source-validated gate outcomes.
- Governed Monitoring owns monitor freshness, missed-run, due-run, result, and review-handoff evidence.
- Governed Indicators owns target, trend, breach, maturity, and measurement-review evidence.
- AI Quality Evidence owns benchmark suites, runs, adjudication, gates, and acceptance evidence.
- Multilingual Quality owns language parity, terminology review, translation review, and language-gap evidence.
- Source Graph owns source grounding, citation anchors, graph versions, drift assessment, and provenance.
- AI owns controlled agent sessions, plans, steps, tool calls, human gates, stop conditions, post-deployment metrics, and trust-posture signals.
- Enterprise Connectors owns connector definitions, instances, jobs, source refs, handoffs, credential posture, and health.
- SIEM Exports owns security-log export profiles, delivery posture, integrity, and dead-letter evidence.
- Deployment Evidence owns deployment, data-flow, HA/DR, secure-delivery, support-boundary, and evidence-pack posture.
- Audit Packages owns export packaging and generation records.
- Work Management owns follow-up tasks, calendar items, expiry projections, and work lifecycle.
- Compliance Posture owns posture signals and projection behavior.
Capability States
Use capability states literally. configured means the mapped source evidence supports the claim. evidence-required means the evidence is still missing. deployment-dependent means the answer depends on the selected cloud cell, on-prem installation, provider, or customer environment. Use provider-not-configured, policy-blocked, no-AI profile, reference-only, roadmap, fallback-only, not-configured, or exception-approved when those are the accurate states.
Do not use Enterprise Readiness to claim certified AI accuracy, legal validity, fixed SLA, residency certification, support commitments, public API availability, confidential vector search, eDiscovery release, or complete security assurance unless the exact source-owner evidence supports that statement.
Cloud And On-Prem
Cloud and on-prem deployments expose the same Enterprise Readiness behavior. Deployment differences should be represented as source evidence and capability states, not as different product semantics.
